To all residents, There is a letter circulating in Arbor Station that ask residents to join Nextdoor Arbor Station. The Nextdoor app is not associated with the Arbor Station Homeowners Association. All official communication from the HOA board is provided via the website. www.arborstation.org Any questions, please contact any member of the board. All board members’ info is on the website under contact us. Warmest Regards, Arbor Station HOA
The Association Board, pursuant to the Master Declaration for Arbor Station, recently adopted a new set of architectural guidelines and rules for the Association, and a form and process. These have been posted to the website at www.arborstation.org. Certain modifications and requirements, as described in that document and the Master Declaration, require ARB approval through that process. The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is listed under the contact us section on our website. Please email the board with any questions. Regards, Teresa
